The second phase of the Lotte World project which includes the construction of a 123-floor skyscraper mixed-use development. If completed on schedule in 2014, the skyscraper will be the second tallest in the world.

Current plans include six floors of retail outlets, 43 storeys of commercial office space and the balance will include a mixture of luxury residences and a hotel.

Thomas Consultants executed the positioning and merchandising/tenant mix strategy for the project.
