Thomas Consultants Inc. was retained by the Windermere Lands Partnership, a joint development of Harvard Developments Inc., Delcon Development Group Ltd. and Cameron Development Corporation, to provide a comprehensive Retail Market Analysis for the development. Thomas Consultants also provided ongoing assistance, working alongside Kasian Architecture Ltd., in the retail layout planning and tenant mix strategy for this 1.2 million sq. ft. mixed-use hybrid development.

The Windermere project will blend together a 750,000 sq. ft. large format retail perimeter framing a 450,000 sq. ft. Urban Village that will be anchored by a central town square and urban “main street” shopping district with lifestyle retailers, entertainment and dining venues. Included in the Urban Village will also be approximately 300 residential units, office space and a boutique hotel. Windermere is located in the rapidly development and affluent southwest
