Azim Wazeer
Project Analyst
Fulfilling the role of Project Analyst, Azim Wazeer has participated in various aspects of market and
retail development analysis and has been involved in a diversity of domestic and international
projects. Azim specializes in applying his research skills to aid in the formulation of unique
development strategies.
Azim completed a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, specializing in Real Estate, at the University of
British Columbia's Sauder School of Business. While at University, Azim was a member of the
championship winning NAIOP Real Estate Challenge team, where he contributed to the zoning and
design aspects of the project.
Prior to joining Thomas Consultants, Azim worked for the UBC Centre for Urban Economics and
Real Estate, conducting scholarly research with its Faculty and served on the Board of Governors at the
University of British Columbia.
