Dan Cupa

As a Project Manager at Thomas Consultants Inc. Dan Cupa has managed a wide variety of mixed-use, resort and retail development projects across the globe.  With experience in Asian, European, North American and Middle Eastern markets, Dan utilizes his experience in aiding the formation of locally customized and globally unique development strategies.

Having worked for both the public and private sectors, Dan specializes in bridging feasibility analysis with project positioning. In taking the critical step in moving from numbers to strategy, Dan has a strong background in real estate development and planning, and a keen sense for architecture and design. With an added passion for the sociology of retail, leisure and entertainment, Dan enjoys being a member of team's that create great places.

Dan holds a Master's Degree in Urban Studies (M. URB.) from Simon Fraser University. Dan is also an avid member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Urban Land Institute (ULI).
