Project Analyst
As a Project Analyst at Thomas Consultants Inc., Lucas Berube has been
involved in diverse retail, mixed-use and resort development projects
both domestically and internationally. Lucas specializes in the
formulation of unique development strategies that apply global trends
to a local context.
Lucas completed a Bachelor's Degree in Urban and Regional Planning at
Ryerson University and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science at the
University of British Columbia. While at university, Lucas specialized
in development policy analysis and implementation and commercial/retail
feasibility analysis.
Prior to joining Thomas Consultants, Lucas worked for the City of
Toronto conducting primary research and analyzing employment land use
patterns and demographics.
