As a new addition to Thomas Consultants Inc., Nigel Lucas brings a wealth of experience in
hospitality feasibility and valuation analysis. Nigel has spent four
years valuing casinos, resorts, hotels & restaurants throughout
Western Canada with PKF Consulting, a hospitality consulting
firm. Nigel has a developed
understanding of the driving forces behind demand for hospitality
businesses and has leveraged this experience with his new position in
retail market analysis. Over
the past four years, Nigel has worked on various resort and hotel
feasibility studies and hotel appraisals and valuations for many full
and limited service hotels throughout Western Canada. Nigel has
substantial experience in hotel valuations in Alberta, BC, Manitoba,
Saskatchewan and the Northwest Territories. Having
worked on the appraisal and feasibility side, Nigel has a strong
foundation in real estate financing and specializes in bridging
feasibility analysis with securing project funding.Nigel
holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B. Comm) degree from the University of Guelph in Ontario.
